Plan-B
The "morning after" pill comes out from a "behind the counter" pill to one you can get off the shelf.......which was at least the case as the commercial was being made.
The Challenge for this was to create an aisle in a pharmacy on stage in New York. This means that all the packaging has to be "generic" and appropriate to the section this pill would be in. Most of the hero packs were from Earl Hays Press with some additional packs mocked up ourselves leaving the bulk on the rest of the shelves (which would never been seen close enough to read) to be purchased from 99c stores.
I made a sketchup model of the aisle with the packaging graphics applied to the product boxes. This was a useful tool to see if our set would accommodate the necessary shots, provide a means to story board and also give us a good indication of quantities for all products.
